Refund policy

Unless otherwise specified, your purchase, in original condition with original box and all applicable warranty cards and/ or instruction books intact, and when accompanied by the original receipt, may be exchanged or returned for a refund within thirty (30) days of original receipt. Sale or clearance merchandise, consignment purchases, estate and antique purchases, completed layaways, special orders, shipping charges, modified and/or custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. Gift receipts will be issued a merchandise credit only with no refunds. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. All credits and refunds will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment.
